Although the AccessAble Help Desk Client Server Edition version 2.55 is not yet complete, I can give you a preview of some of the upcoming changes.
User Record now has Tabs for related Requests, Computers, and Peripherals.
The report wizard is now much more flexible and includes the ability to change column headings, and apply bold/font colors to both Column headers and column data. Screen shot below.
The Query Wizard is also much improved and many screens now include a Quick Filter button to search a single field for an exact match, see below.
There are quite a few changes in version 2.55 and I hope they will be considered improvements. This will again be a free upgrade to registered users, but is as always, optional. Some may be content with the version they have installed while others may want to wait until the next major revision (3.0). A new registration key may be required to upgrade to version 2.55. As always I welcome your comments and suggestions.
