Like everyone else, I don't like Spam, or Unsolicited Commercial Email.  However, I want to be able to communicate with my registered users.  For example, if I release a new version of a program that I believe may be of potential interest to a registered user, I would like to send you an email announcing the availability of a free version upgrade.  It may be that a new password will be required (as will be the case when AccessAble Help Desk Pro Edition 2.5 is released).  I would like to send your new password at the same time I announce a free version upgrade. Furthermore, if I develop additional reports for myself or someone else, and believe a registered user might benefit from these reports, I would like to offer them to registered users, as well.

I have discontinued the periodic newsletters that I sent to registered users because of concerns about these emails being misinterpreted as SPAM, even though they were never to solicit sales of any kind.  Only to announce Free upgrade availability or suggestions from FAQs or information shared from other users.

I am therefore asking if you want to be notified of version upgrade availability - or other free things I may offer from time to time for registered users - to please send an email to dennis@lnsoftware.com with the following information:

Your Name, Company or Organization Name, preferred Email address, your Registered Product and Version as well as whether you purchased your license through BMT Micro, Shareit.com or Purchase Order.  This last will help me verify your registration status.  As the subject of your email, please use:  Upgrade Email Notification is OK

Responding to requests for support, or notifying you of free upgrades are the only reasons I will email you.

If you decide you do not want to receive these email notifications, please check the web site periodically, however, many minor/incremental upgrades - or additional free reports/addons  may not be listed on the web pages.  Instead only major upgrades may be listed.  Additionally, only registered users who have specifically asked to participate in beta programs will be considered.

Thanks,

Dennis
