Among the changes in store for version 2.5 of AccessAble Help Desk Pro Edition are many GUI modifications such as below. When you select a user record to update from the browse users screen, tabs for records related to that user will be displayed. Clicking on one of these "child" tabs will show rows and columns of those records.

Similarly, when you update an individual Computer record, as in the screen below, a tab for the Software installed on that particular computer will be available. Click on that Tab to view and update the software installed on that PC.
