Custom Support Requests
Custom Support Request Reports. Reports Wizard.
This option let's you creat simple tabular style reports. There is a limitation of 8 lines per field for long memo type fields (Call Details and Solution). Text that cannot fit in the 8 lines will be truncated on the resulting report.
