Simple Customer Support - Internal �
This simple to use add on for Simple Customer Support � will allow users on the same Local Area Network, to simply fill in a form to request support.
They will login to the system, just as you do when using Simple Customer Support�.
Any request they submit will automatically have their "display name" set as the customer name.
This will lower the number of calls or email requests you receive. When they add a request you will see their requests using Simple Customer Support�. And the user will be able to view all their requests, and check the status of their requests at any time. They can also print a report of their requests if they must have "hard copy".
