Simple Customer Support - Internal

This simple to use add on for Simple Customer Support will allow users on the same Local Area Network, to simply fill in a form to request support.

They will login to the system, just as you do when using Simple Customer Support.

 Any request they submit will automatically have their "display name" set as the customer name.

This will lower the number of calls or email requests you receive.  When they add a request you will see their requests using Simple Customer Support.  And the user will be able to view all their requests, and check the status of their requests at any time. They can also print a report of their requests if they must have "hard copy".
